Beverly Lerner, Director of Teen Education

Beverly joined the TBS team in July of 2010. As Director of Teen Education, she both serves as the Director of Bet Sefer Tichon, our Hebrew High School as well as directs our USY program. She has served as the Director of Education at Congregation Shaare Tikvah in Maryland, worked in leadership training at the Girl Scout Council of Northwest Georgia, and facilitated Jewish engagement for young adults working with Birthright Israel NEXT.

Beverly received her B.A. in Jewish Studies from the University of Maryland and her M.S.Ed. from University of Pennsylvania in Jewish Education. When she's not at TBS, Beverly enjoys hiking, baking, and crafting.
