Fill out the form below to join or renew membership for 2012-2013 and mail or bring it to the TBS office with your check made payable to HAZAK, attn: Florence Wallis.
Membership per person is $18 for TBS members or $20 for non-TBS members. (Synagogue membership is not required to join HAZAK.) Plus members receive a free membership.
