After School Activities
Cut down carpool time! Instead of rushing from school to another activity, children can enroll in World Cup Soccer & Gaga, Hip Hop Dance, Drama, Sporties, Karate, and Art Explorers. Sessions are held three times during the year and offered at 12:45 pm and 3:15 pm. These classes are ideal for parents who have to pick up older siblings in time for religious school.

NEW Circus Time Theatre

Date: Mondays, Jan. 9 - March 19, 2012 (no class Jan. 16 & Feb. 20)
Time: 3:15 - 4:15 pm
Each week the children will participate in circus activities which include juggling, animal training, tightrope walking, clown class, showstoppers, song & dance and cycling. The session will conclude with a circus performance complete with ticket distribution and a concession stand.

NEW World Cup and Gaga

Two of the world’s most popular games, soccer and Gaga, are together for this after school activity. Each one-hour class will feature thirty minutes of playing each sport. Coach Steve will conduct scrimmages as we pretend to play for our favorite country or professional soccer team. Gaga will feature games where we split up according to age and skill level to see who can be king (or queen) of the ring. Ga, Ga, Ga!

Hip Hop by The Dance Academy of Cherry Hill

The Dance Academy, Cherry Hill’s premier dance school, is now offering a hip hop class at TBS! Taught by pro hip hop teacher, Miss Donna, the children will have lots of fun and get plenty of exercise learning to hip hop to their favorite music. This class is great for girls and boys.

The children will be instructed in the fundamental skills of soccer, basketball, football and other sports in combination with gymnastics. The emphasis is on skill acquisition and teamwork, presented in a non-competitive environment.

Kids Krafts

Children will explore the process of art through a variety of mediums including clay, ceramics and more!

This program focuses on the more traditional side of martial arts and, upon completion of the program, your child will receive a martial arts belt. It is structured specifically for the preschool-aged child and will focus on the needs of each student. Classes will cover the basics of Karate as well as eye-foot coordination, basic motor skills and various fun activities.

Art Explorers

Line, shape, color and texture will be explored. We will make collages, self portraits, wood sculptures, do print making and much more. See how mixing colors with craypas (pastel crayons) and ripping paper to make collages is so much fun! Minimum of 5 children required with a maximum of 8.
