Purim 2022

Mishloah Manot, the sending of food gifts to family and friends, is one of the four Mitzvot performed on Purim. It is a heartfelt way to emphasize the Jewish unity that lies at the core of the Purim holiday.  At the same time, it creates meaningful connections within our own TBS community and beyond by giving you the opportunity to acknowledge family, friends, teachers, clergy, and staff.  Every family will receive a delicious selection of goodies in their bag.  There are four scheduled curbside pick-up times from outside TBS’ sanctuary door, under the carport. In order to receive your bag, you MUST sign into the Happy Purim website and select a pickup time. Even if you are not ordering this year, please log on and select a time to pick up a bag that is being sent to you.

To place your order, click here.  An email was sent with your unique code. If you did not receive it please contact Sisterhood Mishloah Manot Chairs Debra Sukinik or Sue Glassman. Orders are due by 3 pm on Friday, February 18.

There are 3 options for placing orders for synagogue members and staff:

  • Order 1 bag for $8.00
  • Order 5 bags and receive the 6th bag free
  • Order an unlimited number of bags for only $180

Please note:

  • Scrolls will be e-mailed
  • You may donate the cost of the bag you would have received to Mazon: A Jewish Response To Hunger
  • Choose "Reciprocity" so you don’t miss anyone on the list. If you order individual bags or 5 bags with the 6th free, you will incur an additional charge of $8.00 per bag. When you order an unlimited number of bags for $180, you will not pay for any reciprocity bags.

Order bags for non-TBS members (friends and family) for  $12.00 each to be self-delivered (pick them up when you pick up your own bag)

Thank you in advance for participating in Mishloah Manot.  Wishing you and your family a Happy Purim!
