Each week, TBS members will have an opportunity to engage with a JFCS social worker in the comfort of your Jewish communal home. Join us to make a new connection and find out how JFCS can support you!

• Case management and in-home supports
• Eligibility for pharmacy entitlement programs
• Medicare review
• Volunteer Opportunities
• And more!

Appointments are strongly recommended.  Walk-ins welcome based upon availability.

This program begins January 18, 2024.
Every Thursday from 12pm - 3pm.  Private space for your confidentiality.
