Annie Siegel, Director of Early Childhood Education

Annie joined the Temple Beth Sholom family in 2016 as teacher in the Rabbi Albert and Sarah Lewis Religious School. She became a member of the Eric B. Jacobs Early Childhood Center faculty shortly afterward in 2017 as a three-year-old lead teacher. Prior to joining the Temple Beth Sholom faculty Annie worked as a lead two-year-old teacher at Kellman Brown Academy in Voorhees, New Jersey. She has also worked in Jewish Early Childhood programs in Philadelphia, New York, and Rhode Island.  Annie brings with her a deep passion for Jewish Early Childhood Education, and a love for working with young children and their families.

Annie earned her BA in Psychology at the University of Maryland, College Park and an MS in Early Childhood Education and Special Education at Adelphi University. In her spare time Annie enjoys music, hiking, and spending time with her fiancé Zach and dog Maggie!
